By installing, accessing, or using Cloud Storage Pro, you accept and agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. About the App & Service

Cloud Storage Pro provides reliable, cloud-based file backup and storage capabilities, enabling users to upload, manage, and access their photos, videos, documents, and other media securely. Access to Cloud Storage Pro features requires an active subscription, which grants users access to a fixed plan of 1 TB (1000 GB) of cloud storage space.

Subscriptions for the 1 TB plan are processed and managed securely through Google Play Billing (available on monthly or annual terms as chosen at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Pricing is clearly presented in-app and on the Google Play Store prior to subscription.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Profile Information: Basic profile details, such as your name and email address, collected when creating an account or logging in (including via Google Sign-In).

Uploaded Files & Content: Documents, photos, videos, audio, and other files that you explicitly upload or sync to your Cloud Storage Pro account.

Payment & Billing Info: Subscriptions are processed directly by Google Play Billing. We do not store or process your financial data, payment card numbers, or bank account details.

Support & Feedback: Any communications, feedback, or support requests you submit to our help team.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Hardware model, OS version, unique device identifiers, network state, and IP address.

App Usage Data: Usage statistics, feature interactions, bandwidth and storage utilization, session logs, and navigation paths within the app.

Crash Reports & Diagnostics: Technical diagnostic details and crash logs collected via Firebase Crashlytics to optimize stability and fix software issues.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Cloud Storage Pro incorporates verified third-party services to deliver seamless performance. Each provider processes data under its respective privacy terms:

3.1 Google Analytics for Firebase

3.2 Firebase Crashlytics

To ensure system stability, Firebase Crashlytics monitors app crashes and technical errors, gathering diagnostic information such as device state at failure time, OS details, and error traces.

3.3 Google Play Services & Billing

Google Play Services handles identity verification (Google Sign-In), subscription authorization, and push notifications. Subscription purchases for the 1 TB plan are managed entirely through Google Play's standard billing architecture.

5. Data Security & Storage Standard

We utilize enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your content. Files stored with Cloud Storage Pro are encrypted both during transmission (using SSL/TLS) and while stored at rest. We implement access restrictions and standard defensive measures against unauthorized access or disclosure. While we follow industry-best security practices, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely infallible.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded files to third parties. Data is shared strictly in the following scenarios:

Essential Service Providers: Trusted infrastructure and analytics partners (such as Google Cloud, Firebase, and Google Play) solely to perform app operational services on our behalf.

Legal Compliance: When required by court order, statutory regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Business Transitions: In the event of a corporate merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued confidentiality protections.

7. Retention & Cancellation

Your uploaded files and account data remain accessible as long as your 1 TB storage subscription remains active. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to your stored files may be restricted. You will be provided a grace period to renew or download your stored data before permanent removal. Deleting your account will trigger the erasure of your personal data and stored files from our active systems, except where retention is legally required.

8. User Control & Privacy Rights

Access & Management: Manage or delete individual files directly within the Cloud Storage Pro interface.

Subscription Control: Modify or cancel your 1 TB subscription plan at any time through Google Play > Subscriptions.

Account & Data Deletion: Request account termination and total data deletion by contacting customer support.

Privacy Rights (GDPR/CCPA): Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

9. Children's Privacy

Cloud Storage Pro is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age (or the relevant age threshold in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will act promptly to remove such information.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legal standards or service updates. Notice of material modifications will be provided in-app or by updating the effective date above. Continued usage of Cloud Storage Pro after such updates signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
