Restoring Files in Fazcon Cloud Storage

Accidentally deleted something? No worries. Fazcon Cloud Storage helps you safely restore your images, videos, audio files, documents, contacts, and even backed-up apps — all directly from your cloud backup.

🧭 How Restoration Works

Fazcon Cloud Storage features a dedicated My Cloud section — accessible via the bottom navigation bar — where all your uploaded data is organized by file type (Images, Videos, Audios, Documents, Contacts, and Apps). You can enter any category and choose what to restore.

  • Open the Fazcon Cloud Storage app.
  • Tap on the My Cloud icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • Select the file category you want to restore from (e.g., Images, Videos).
  • Select files or entries you wish to restore.
  • Tap the Restore button to begin the process.
  • Once completed, tap OK to return and select more if needed.

🔄 What You Can Restore

  • 📸 Images: Restore one or multiple previously uploaded photos.
  • 🎥 Videos: Select and restore backed-up video files from your cloud.
  • 🔊 Audios: Recover MP3, M4A, WAV files backed up from your device.
  • 📄 Documents: Restore important documents such as PDFs, DOCX, PPTX, and more.
  • 📱 Apps: Reinstall previously backed-up APKs from your cloud vault. (Android Only)
  • 📇 Contacts: Open your CSV contact backup file and choose the specific contacts you want to restore.

📋 How to Restore Each File Type

📸 Restoring Images

Go to My Cloud → Images → Select the photos you want to restore. Tap Restore to bring them back to your gallery.

Navigate to My Cloud → Videos → Select the videos you want to restore. Tap Restore to bring them back to your gallery.

Navigate to My Cloud → Audios → Select the audio files you want to restore. Tap Restore to bring them back to your music library.

💡 Helpful Tips for Restoring

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable before restoring large files like videos or apps.
  • You can restore multiple items at once using the multi-select feature.
  • Contacts are restored from CSV files — choose only the entries you need.
  • App restoration may prompt permission to install from unknown sources — allow this in your device settings.
